* Deep Tissue - targets deeper layers of muscle to relieve tension, reduce pain and stiffness, improve mobility, and support recovery. Using personalised pressure and specialised techniques, each treatment is tailored to restore balance and enhance overall wellbeing.
* Swedish - using flowing, rhythmic hand and forearm massage techniques to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, support the body’s natural metabolic processes, and reduce stress. Tailored to your individual needs, it leaves you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and revitalised.
* Hot Stone - using heated basalt stones (volcanic stones high in iron and magnesium) to gently warm the muscles and melt away tension. The comforting heat allows the muscles to relax at a deeper level, helping to relieve stiffness, reduce muscle tension, and promote improved circulation. Combined with flowing hand and forearm massage techniques, this soothing massage encourages deep relaxation, eases stress, and leaves your body feeling balanced, restored, and completely rejuvenated.
* Lymphatic Drainage - uses gentle, rhythmic hand and forearm massage techniques to stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to reduce fluid retention and swelling, improve circulation, support the body’s natural drainage processes, and promote overall wellbeing.
